Shipping Policy
Shipping Times
Trend Notes, Inc. ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding selected holidays.
- Express Delivery: Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM PST, Monday–Friday, to qualify for same-day shipping.
- Ground Shipping: Please allow 24–48 hours for order preparation. This handling time is not included in shipping time estimates.
- Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Note: If your express order includes pre-order or back-order styles, they will default to ground shipping once available. If you wish to expedite those items, please contact us. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Shipping Rates
We work closely with FedEx to offer competitive and efficient shipping options.
- Shipping rates are estimated during checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Final shipping charges will be confirmed and adjusted after your order is weighed and packed.
- PO BOX addresses will be shipped via USPS. Rates will be adjusted accordingly before shipment.
