📦 Return & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on discounted or promotional sale items — no exceptions.

✅ Return Policy for Regular-Priced Items

Trend Notes, Inc. only accepts returns under the following strict conditions:

  1. Return Eligibility

    • Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

    • Only merchandise with clear manufacturing defects is eligible for return.

    • We do not accept returns due to sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse.

  2. Condition of Returned Items

    • All original tags must be attached.

    • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  3. Return Request Procedure

    • Email us at sales@trendnotes.com with the following information:
      • Your company name
      • Order number
      • Style number(s) and quantity
      • Description of the issue
      • Clear photo(s) showing the defect

    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

  4. Unauthorized Returns

    • Any packages returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.

  5. Return Shipping

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Trend Notes, Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

🔄 Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested before the order is shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the email on file once your request is processed.
