Shipping Policy

For Express delivery, orders MUST be placed before 11 AM PST on Monday - Friday for same day shipping.
For all ground shipments, please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be prepared. This is NOT included in shipping time estimates.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to be picked up by FedEx.

** Please note that if your express order includes pre-order/back-order styles, they will ship out with ground service once they are available. You may request to ship your pre-orders/back-orders as an express order, however, an additional shipping cost will be charged.

Shipping Rates
We work closely with FedEx to provide the fastest and cheapest shipping cost.

Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout.
After the actual weight of your order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted.

*PO BOX addresses will be shipped via USPS and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly before shipping.

Tracking:

Most packages will be defaulted to FedEx. You can track these packages at FEDEX.com. If shipped through UPS, you can track your package at UPS.com. Orders shipped through USPS can be tracked through USPS.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin updating.
