FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

01. When will my credit card be charged?

The order amount will be a pending authorization on your account and your credit card will be charged once your order is processed and ready to ship. Please note that, depending on your bank, once credit card authorization is received, the funds may be reserved for up to 30 days. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Trend Notes reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

02. What is the order cancellation process?

Orders that have not been processed may be cancelled through e-mail or telephone. Please allow 7-10 business days for authorizations to drop if a debit card was used and/or up to 2 billing cycles for credit cards.

03. Do you accept phone orders?

Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders. All orders must be placed online through www.trendnotes.com.

04. How can I check on my order?

We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail or you can log in to your account to view your order status. You can also reach us through e-mail or telephone.

05. Can I order from outside the United States?

Yes, we do accept international orders.

06. Can I have my order shipped to another country?

Yes, but please be advised that we will ship through USPS for international orders. The shipping cost for international orders will vary.

07. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

Items that are not shown (or no longer shown) on the website are out of stock. You may contact us to check availability of an item. **Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory.

08. Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a showroom at this time.

09. How quickly do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Most orders will take 24-48 hours to process until it is shipped. We also have options for express delivery but the shipping cost will vary. Express orders must be placed before 11AM PST to be shipped the same day. Pre-orders will be shipped the next day of when it becomes available.

10. Is my credit card number and information secure?

We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Any information that we collect (e.g . name, address, phone number, e-mail, or credit card information) will not be disclosed to third parties.

11. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for online purchases. We do not accept payments through PayPal.

12. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

We allow customers to return items within 3 days of receiving your order regarding merchandise defects ONLY. In that case, we will provide the return label and either a refund or store credit will be issued. All sale items are final. Exchanges cannot be made at this time. Please refer to www.trendnotes.com/return-exchange for further instructions.

13. What if the merchandise is not in stock?

Customer service will send you an email for out of stock items and cancelled orders.

14. What if I haven't received my order?

You can track your package with the tracking number that will be provided to you via e-mail, or by either signing in to My Account or by checking Order Status. You can also contact our customer service department by e-mail, or by phone at 213-291-8972.
